In the opening scenes of this Salahuddin Ayyubi episode, Amir Nureddin Jangi is engrossed in composing a letter that speaks volumes about his beloved son, Yusuf. While carefully penning down his emotions, a servant rushes in with distressing news.

The news pertains to his wife experiencing agonizing pain. Concern etches Amir Nureddin’s face as he hurries to his wife’s side. Abruptly, the scene shifts, revealing Ayub Bey and his steadfast brother Sher Koh navigating a perilous escape with a group of soldiers.

Amidst the chaos, Ayub Bey’s pregnant wife, overcome with pain and fear, elicits a soothing response from Ayub Bey. He reassures her, reminding her of their imminent arrival in Jangi’s country, where Amir Nur-ul-Din Jangi would extend his helping hand.

Despite their eagerness to reach their destination, circumstances worsen, compelling them to set up a makeshift tent. The safety of their children now rests on the capable shoulders of Sher Koh. Meanwhile, in another scene, Amir Nur-ul-Din Jangi, laden with anxiety, introduces himself and shares the news of his wife being in labor.

Sorrow and fear grip his heart, but upon entering the house, the midwife delivers wonderful news – Ayub Bey’s wife has given birth to a healthy child. Amidst the joy, Amir Nureddin Jangi rushes to be with his wife, only to be dealt another devastating blow – his beloved wife succumbs to childbirth.

Despite this heart-wrenching loss, Umar meets Mullah Afandi to prepare the members for holy war under the orders of Amir Nureddin Jangi. When Amir Nureddin Jangi arrives, his eyes reflecting grief, he shares the heartbreaking news of his son’s demise with the gathered party.

In a voice full of sympathy and reverence, Umar Mulla Afandi offers his deepest condolences to Amir Nur-ul-Din Jangi, reminding him of his lifelong quest for justice and unwavering commitment to Jihad for the sake of Allah.

Umar describes the noble dream residing in Amir Nureddin Jangi’s heart – the destruction of the Christian community, protection of Muslims, and the establishment of a Muslim state after conquering Quds. While Amir Nur-ul-Din Jangi’s heart is burdened by unfulfilled aspirations, Umar Mulla Afandi’s words infuse new hope into his soul.

Assuring him that if fate dictates otherwise, his son will rise to fulfill these noble goals. Just before this, the arrival of Governor Ayub Bey’s brother Sher Koh disrupts the somber atmosphere. Introducing Amir Nur-ul-Din Jangi, Sher Koh reveals their identity and the gravity of their situation.

Amir Bahroz and his formidable soldiers are relentlessly pursuing their mission. Ayyub Bey, accompanied by his wife Fatima, is quickly brought before them. During a moment of respite, Fatima shares a vivid dream – a glimpse of a future where their son Yusuf becomes a wise and devout follower of Islam.

Little do they know that as they revel in this fleeting moment of hope, danger looms closer. Amir Bahroz and his troops arrive on the scene, ready to capture Ayyub Bey and his wife, momentarily extinguishing the glimmer of comfort that had warmed their hearts.
